thing he has and do.He finally got a car and he thinks it is a piece of gold. He's had it for six moths now. when is he going to let it rest. In the proces of bragging about his things he is putting everyone else down. Is this his ego or just a dude with with a bad personality?

It's his ego and his bad personality... I can't stand when people brag about every little thing...

both,my friend. i have an acquaintance that has to 'one up' everything i have or do. ive never been seriously materialistic,but she is ,and for some reason, she defines her self-worth on how much she has. so- if she has everything i have, only slightly bigger, or otherwise better-well this means that she is at least slightly better than me. and she does this to others as well. it must be very exhausting. your friend wants you to be jealous. if you appear to be, he will continue to ride that pony until it drops dead. he is lacking in some key area of his life. just tell him that his car is great, but to give it a rest.
