1) eat vege's (preferably steamed)
2) DO NOT EAT ANY JUNK OR FAST FOOD your body cannot handle the fats in mcdonnalds, kfc etc
3) You are not yet going through puberty, when you do your metabolism will change, and you will likely start burning what you see as puppy fat.
4) keep up the exercise! you need at least an hour of exercise a day and trust me BBall is about the best exercise you can get
Oh and lastly, dont worry yourself about it, follow these instructions and all will be well..focus on how much you love laying it up when you beat the D, think positive and good things will happen
oh further to this: 1) dont do the cardio extra, bball is total cardio and 2) dont worry about the yoga just yet, just play ball

First off, 5'1" and 110 lbs is not overweight, or at least, not overweight enough to be a problem. Once you start thinking like this, it becomes easier.
Males naturally have a higher metabolism than females, and if you're still in the early-mid stages of puberty, it's probably just your body evening itself out. You're not fat, and if you simply eat well and continue to play basketball, you won't get that way any time soon.
Whatever you do, don't convince yourself you need crash diets, or that you aren't exercising enough. 5 hours a week is fine, just keep it up. However, if you still feel that you look fat, then you might want to try a different sport or simply wear different clothes. Trust me, in your case, it's all in your head. Change how you see yourself, and it'll get better.

10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )
Do all these exercises every day in the morning before breakfast and after nature calls because both your stomach & intestines should be empty while you do this . Do it regularly for 1 month with confidence and see the magic.
