I need 2 gain weight, any ideas? how do i eat like a monster? what times should i eat?

NOBODY needs to gain weight. Just eat three times a day is dangerous to eat too much even if you are thin. Got to be carefull with sugar and grease in your blood

Unfortunatly some people do need to gain weight.Depends on what causes you to be under weight.Are you on any medication.Some medications lower your desire to eat.There is a product called weight gainer.You mix it with liquid.You might want to talk with your doctor or see a nutritionist.Other than that Ive got nothing.Im trying to lose 50 pounds.
Wouldnt it be nice if i could just give you some of MY weight?lol
