If you have a friend in the Air Force you can contact a local recruiter and ask him if he can find the name in his Outlook's Global Address listings aka "GAL". It really helps if you know the base the person is stationed at or at least the state or country. If the Airmen is in training status at basic training or tech school then they won't have an Air Force email account set up yet.
