I do that too. Its horrible because I know better. You should know better. WHen we starve ourselves our body goes into starvation mod, in that case the body thinks you are stranded somewhere with out food so it will SUCK EVERY BIT OF FAT THAT YOU HAD AND HAVE when you eat so you will actually end up gaining weight. When you work out your matebolism works fast to keep up with your bodies demands for enegery. So thus you are hungry. Okay here is how you think about it, your body has a fireplace that keeps you alive. THe more food you put into it as you work out (not excessive amount I mean ilke healthy salads and low carb things) the fire will be lit nicely and evenly. WHen you put too much the fire has too much logs to proceed and thus burning out and gaining weight, when you do not eat the fire slows down so much that the body will use little by little of the "extra logs" that is saved on your thighs or butt or where ever your fat is. So the proper way of losing the weight is eating healthy obviously who doesnt know that. You want a trick to lose weight fast its not so healthy... have a diet of between soups, salad and boiled chicken or bbq chicken with as little sauces you can use. Have lots of greens and brown rice cause they take longer to burn down..

Uhm, eat more. I presume that you are eating 400 calories, and that is only 1/5 of your desired caloric intake. That is dangerous. So eat more, and do more cardio activity, by running a mile you burn about 100 calories so if you run four miles and burn off those needed calories. Sit-ups are great for the abs, which is the most embarrassing thing about my body. Kick boxing is supposed to be very good at burning calories, and dancing.
