Hey.
I'm really fat. like 5"6 and 108lbs.
and i wanted to know how to stop eating much.
becasue i stoped eating last year. and i was 115 and got to 104 but gain to 108!
I really need your help.
i need tips!thanks

Do not stop eating! Just eat more smaller portions threw out the day, like grab a light snack an apple or a special k bar.. there are tons of things that you can find to snack on and then you will not be as hungry whenever you set down to eat a real meal. It helps me any way? I can sit down and eat 3 tacos a burrito and feel so sick but I could eat more? What is that? I try to throw in a few snacks here and there and it really stops the pig in me. lol..

First off, 108 isn't heavy. I'm guessing from this small paragraph that you're probobly under 21 and don't have any children..lol. For your height you may be under weight. Enjoy how small you are right now. I'm not going to give you tips on weight loss or anything like that because youre at a low weight as it is and it's unhealthy to be too low.

This is not healthy, you should weigh at least 110, for a minimum. You are not fat in any sense of the word. You could be suffering from an eating disorder (annorexia), I would suggest going and talking to a conselor, or if you think you are not suffering from this (you are) you should go to a diatichian, they well tell you how to eat a healthy diet and if you are underweight (which you are)

OH MY GOODNESS! you MUST be kidding me.... 108 pounds and only 5'6 is TINY you do not need to eat less hun... trust me... that's the last thing you need, that is very skinny, and you dont need to lose in more pounds at all, trust me. plus a gain of 4 pounds is nothing, i bet you cant even see a difference. i know you dont know me or anything, but please dont stop eating. you need nutrients, unless you of course are trying to kill yourself slowly and painfully. so just dont worry about it, you are fine the way you are.

well u can still eat lots, but instead of having donuts or hot chips or chocolate, replace it with carrot sticks or a salad or something. and try having a drink before u eat coz quite often the body confuses thirst with hunger.

hmmm...5'6 108 lbs. sounds UNDERWEIGHT to me

Be kind to your body! Keep that temple in good shape!

Starving yourself isn't the solution.

I am 5'3.5 and 115 lbs and do not consider myself fat!

you are not fat, you just think you are...
it is a problem with body image.
reminds me of when I was anorexic.
thank God I recovered.
a friend of mine was not so lucky.
it is DEADLY!
don't let the sickness of anorexia-influxed media infect your whole person.
go see a doctor, talk about what is bothering you about your body, and do something healthy----eat something!
