Why do I get red bumps on myself when I am cold? Example, if my hand is cold, and I start to scratch it, bumps will start to appear but later then disappears. How do I stop this?

Stop scratchin it. You are irratating your skin by scratching it, when the body is cold you are more sensitive. THe bumps are you bugging the crap out of your skin that is already cold and uneasy. So stop scratching it and wear gloves?

I've heard it's also caused by poor circulation. Which would make sense since you're cold and it slows. It's not a big deal, but get some gloves on those hands if you're outside.
