Just very few Italians currently speak only their local dialect and only between older people; more people talk Italian and are heavily inlfuenced by dialect (mostly in Southern Italy) but they do talk Italian; so, 99.999% should be a correct reply to your answer.
And amccoy's absolutely right: currently is more cheaper for European people to visit the US than for American people visiting Europe.

All of its people speak Italian, and a lot of tourists do it also.

To RED WHITE AND BLUE: Italians couldn't care less for American money, as most know the Euro is worth 2 and 1/2 times more than the Dollar!

um...all of them...not counting tourists...

(really, you cant live in a foreign country without knowing some of the language...)
