my finger tips and toes are the coldest. but but my hands and feet are always ice cold that it burns like frostbite. i get lightheaded and it feels like someone is compresing my brain into a smaller size when i get up sometimes. i could be in a 80 degree room and be freezing that i have goose bumps. anyone know why?

Go to the doctor it could be something really bad
also what kind of foods are you eating because bad eating habits can cause you to be cold. eat right... drink oj... and go to the doctor soon!

im not really sure about this but when my wife was pregnant with diabetes she felt the same way, it could be that your blood sugar levels are low, deffently go see a doctor and have him do a check up on you.

It sounds like you have a circulation problem, please call your doctor asap.
