He just asked me out 2 weeks ago, and his friends are already telling me that he wants to make out with me! 1st off, I think we're too young, or at least thats my opinion. 2nd, I only like him for his personality, not cuz he's hot. He told his friends to tell me that he wants to make out with me really bad or whatever. What if he asks to make out with me?

I am so impressed with how smart you are. Don't you dare give in to someone pressuring you to do something you're not comfortable with. That's not a friend.

You have a lot of depth, and it sounds like although he may be a nice guy, you don't have the same things in mind.

Always pay attention to your gut more than anything. We can rationalize things one way or another in our thoughts, but listen to that little voice the most, as you are now.
You are not in agreement with him. Nothing wrong with that.

Also, he might want to move even faster after kissing,so let him go find someone who is into dangerous behavior.

Keep that good head about you.

Just tell him that you're not ready to make out. Don't be pressured into anything that you're not ready for. If he doesn't take no for an answer or starts to make you feel bad or whatever, I think you should break up with him. Maybe if you're not feeling ready to kiss and stuff then you should wait a little longer until you have a boyfriend? I think it's totally cool and you should do what you're comfortable with, and if you want to stay with your boyf but not kiss yet- just tell him. Don't tell his friends bc it will make him embarassed.

Also, maybe you should talk to him and suggest that if he wants to discuss something with you that he should talk to you instead of getting his friends to pass on a message. It's ridiculous.

I am guessing, and hoping that you are about 14 years old. If so, I think you are a smart 14 year old. Do ONLY what you feel is right. If he can't handle that, tell him it is just not working and to shove off.
Be good,
Jon

just say your not ready, dont do things out of peer pressure or because you think you have too , to fit in, theres a million women out who now wishes they would have saved that first kiss for the one they truly loved.
and i'm proud of you for saying your too young for that, cause you really are kissing leads to other things, things that you will regret later in life,, you never know what you can get these days aids, herpeshiv std's....

Just tell him no. If you think its too soon, then explain that to him. tell him how you feel. maybe he doesnt realize that he is going to fast for you. Maybe thats what he's used to with other girls. You have to tell him these things so he knows what bounderies/ limits you have.

You got just tell him know! Tell him you will when it feels right for you. And if he doesn't respect his wishes then find a new guy who does!

ew, sick. listen to your heart. i'm so happy you're not another dumb blonde who'll make out with just any guy. stick to your guns & tell him, "i don't wanna make-out with you.. we're moving too fast." if he can't respect that, he doesn't deserve you."

you're a strong woman, stay strong.

then tell him you're not ready. If he can't respect that, then he's not ready to be in a relationship. You shouldn't have to do something that you don't feel comfortable doing.
