Today I had:
French Toast, 1 bacon & Iced tea +sugar [400?]
Triscuite & a cookie [440]
Calamari & more tea [300]
2 chocolate cupcakes [400?]

First of all are my calorie calculations somewhat correct and what should i do so that i dont gain 100000 pounds by tomorrow :-(

awww thanks so much everyone! You make me feel so much better.
Tomorrow I will take my dog for a walk, do 30 min of Pilates, light weight trainsing, try t run a mile ect. I heart yahoo!

If I were you, I'd go throw up before your body processes all that...

Just kidding, but anyway...

Your calorie calculations are off, but don't worry about it. 1 day isn't going to make you lose or gain any noticeable weight.

You'll probably feel fat, but it'll just be mental.

Just hit the cardio a little bit more tomorrow and don't worry about it.

Ur calculations need review. But why bother.

Eat only when hungry.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I wouldn't worry about it at all hun, i mean one day of only 1530 calories is never going to hurt anyone... tomorrow you will look the EXACT same i bet. If you are the worried about your weight(which you shouldn't be) then you should just work out a little longer today, or if you dont work out work out for like 10 minutes.

Don't count calories ... you won't get anywhere with that ... if you really like treats and tasty meals while losing fat , you should pick up The Abs Diet book , It's got tons of info on healthy and tasty food and it shows you how and what to train , so i'd say give it a go .

Don't beat yourself up! We all have our days...you won't gain anything...just get back on track tomorrow. Maybe work out for an extra half hour too. :)

i sit in my sh it and binge on water until tomorrow when i should be fine.
