It's all water weight and muscle, not fat. You won't get a flatter tummy either.

Weight loss requires the loss of fat, the building of muscle, and healthy eating. Not a diet, not an extreme regime of unhealthy obsession, just plain common sense.

Shedding pounds is just not easy. If it was every body could be skinny!!!! Losing weight is a balancing act. You need to eat adequate (1200 calories +) to drop some weight however don't devour too little or your physique will go into hunger mode and keep up every single calorie as fat. It will believe you might be in famine times and keep and shop. While you commencing eating mainly, you can reap back everything. Eat 5 small ingredients a day, at least 1 hour of recreation a day. Eat fruits, veggies, lean meat, nuts, whole grains but eat 1200 calories at the least!!!

Neither possible nor desirable.

Eat only when hungry.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks...but then again I was in basic training.

If you really want to loose weight you shouldn't try to take a fast solution such as heavy dieting or starvation. It will actually cause you to gain all that weight if not more weight back when you get back to your normal routine. If you're healthy, you should just work out (but not to much cause you can actually over do it), eat healthier and practice portion control.

You won't get a flat tummy from losing four pounds unless you already have one..but you can lose it in 8 days. It will be mostly water weight and easily regained.

you can if you take some laxative. but that won't be fat weight. OK so drink a lot of water. and eat a small meals. and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed. that is the worst thing you can do.

Not four pounds of fat, maybe some water weight . If your lucky, your belly will look a little flatter but it won't be because you lost any fat. It takes time to lose weight, be patient.

Lose no more than 1 - 2 pounds a week. If you lose more it is either just water or muscle.
