Ok. Numero Uno, BE YOURSELF. If you find thats not good enough, though it always is and you just won't exept it then try this.
Keys to Woman and Flirting
1. Plays with your hair. This shows that your nervous or anxious around him and that you aslo feel playful.
2. Distance and location is key. Try to be close to him. If your sitting at a table, sit opposite him or sit on his side of the table next to him. If standing attempt to be close to him, a little more than friends close, but a little less than huggers close.
3. Laugh at his good jokes. Laugh at his ok ones. Smile at his bad ones. Tell him yours and be sure to smile :)
4. Physical contact is major in flirting. Tap him on the arm or on the leg. Playfully push him. Try to keep the phsycal flirting to a minimum unless you've become good friends with him, enough that you feel close enough to touch.
5. Immitate some of his body language, his posture. Don't over do it or else thats just being a mime.
6. Its all about the eyes. Look him in the eye and bite your lip. He might just look you in the eye and stare, but its a good stare ;). If biting your lip is too much than you can always look at him in the eyes and smile.
7. Smile when you see him and wave a shy "hello" or "hi".
8. Your choice of clothing and style is more "open" and "bright". Its ok to still wear black, just try to show that your ready to have some fun.
9. Compliment him even though it might not be something that deserves a compliment. In other words don't tell him his zit is unoticable. Tell him you like his shirt as long as it looks ok.
10. Most importantly, live, laugh, talk, and experience. But Be Yourself.
Some quick tips would be: don't take the relationship too fast. Don't show him too much attention. Stay mysterious, keep secrets from him and always have something new to say or talk about. You do not, i repeat "Do Not" love him. You "love" him when you've known him and dated him enough to know how special he really is. Stay swift and act bold. I hope all turns out good ;)

Best tip: softly touch him on the arm, shoulder, leg or thigh whilst talking and have a smile on your face. A very easy and not too forceful way, and if he touches back. Bingo.
That is, if he has any common sense he'll know what you are up to.

Most guys suck at taking hints or reading signals from women. You'd be better off just telling him that you like him!

Eye contact being nice and a great smile. If that doesn't work how about using your voice . AN i like you. I would like to hang out with you may just let the guy know that. Wow ! you like him and yeah you want to be around him. Wow !

Guys really like it when you show interest in things they do, and things they say. Don't be overly flirtatious to the point of skanky, but let him know your intentions by small things-- ex. flirting, lightly brushing his knee with yours when you are sitting together, that type of thing.
