particularly whats going to provide best picture quality?

with my box i use a 42" LG LCD hdtv and its pretty good.
between 15-20inches get a LCD hdtv...don't buy plasama...it will burn out. and don't buy tube tv or flat screen tube tv...u can see horizontal and vertical lines in those tvs. get a LCD.

For something in that range, try to find an adaptor that will let you use a computer monitor. You'll probably wind up with a CRT (tube) TV for good picture quality... If they make 720P TV's in that range, that would be a good option

Some newer consoles actually work good on the first few color TV's. My Wii works good on a this-is-almost-obsolete Sony KV-1941R really well. Just get speakers and an RF switch, and it'll work fine.

360 is hd so it's best to have a hd tv i have a hd lcd and it looks good
