He might have a urinary infection, or you might be leaving him in his "box" too long.

In his box...? I'm not sure what you mean. First, I'd take him to a vet to rule out health issues. If he's in a kennel, make sure it's only big enough for him to stand up in and turn around in. Any bigger and he'll go to the bathroom on one end and sleep on the other.
Also, whatever it is he is going in, use a cleaner specially made for pet messes to clean it. Even though you can't smell his mark, your dog can, but cleaners like "Natures Miracle" break down the enzymes that he smells. Once it doesn't smell like a bathroom to him anymore, he may stop going.
If that doesn't work, I'd move him and get him a new box. Moving him to somewhere he knows he's not allowed to go may help.

How old is this dog? It sounds like you are not taking him out to the bathroom enough. If he is a puppy his bladder is very small and he can't hold it long! If this is a mature dog who just recently started this behavior you may want to see a vet. There may be an underlying medical problem that needs diagnosis.

After you feed him take him out to pee and poop. If he's having more accidents, he may have worms, take a poo sample to the vets and have it checked.

do you mean the kennel?
if he is, is the kennel quite large, and does he have quite a bit of room to move inside?
