Polar bear population is actually increasing right now. I read it in my Environmental Science News yesterday. The global warming crowd can't stand it.
The bears will be fine, they are not conditioned to freak out like us humans do over phony science.

You may want to stop getting your talking points from a man who has no scientific qualifications whatsoever and flunked out of divinity school. Polar bears are endangered mainly because of human encroachment on the *southern* end of their territory; both the process and the designation as endangered took place long before this global warming hysteria took hold.
Polar bears have survived previous periods of extended warming - before recorded human history - which also involved extensive melting in the Arctic. Therefore, in theory, they can survive now, so long as humans can make some accommodation in their terrestrial habitats. Unfortunately much of polar bear habitat is in areas populated by native peoples, who are effectively exempted from endangered species restrictions and can more or less hunt the bears with impunity.

Polar Bears as animals will survive. The southern polar bear will not. Its just an evolutionary fact. Polar Bears are really increasing in number right now. (not the southern one's-they are still decreasing).

Question is...what have YOU done? Have you cut back on your energy consumption? Your natural gas consumption? Your use of cleaning chemicals? If so, then good =) You've helped save a polar bear.
There's nothing we can do to save the bears besides put them into captivity because the Earth's temperature is rising no matter what we cut back on now. We can only delay the inevitable. Is it fair? No. Do I feel horribly sad for the polar bears? Yes, tremendously. Do I do stuff about it? Yes. Does it make that big of a difference? No.

"Polar Bears developed to fill the area of interest that different predators were not waiting to fill and take advantage of, the tremendous abundance of prey products contained in the Arctic" -- precisely, yet this occurred AFTER the Flood. Noah in hardship-free words took 2 bears, from which all previous and cutting-edge species descended.
