Great question. In my opinion there's a lot of women mistaken about this:

First: Your weight is mostly irrelevant. Unless you are in the extremes. Most guys can be seduced by woman with any kind of built if she is seducing, femenine, promising...

Two: It's not just about sex. It is to start with. And 1) making your man feel self secure will help. 2) making him enjoy will help almost as much. But believe me, when two guys talk about girls they hear a lot: she's great in bed, but there is nothing else. Surprised? this is true.

Well here it is: You fall for a person (m4w, w4m) that makes you feel you are special.

Example: you are driving to the movies there are 5 people in the car and nobody else notices, but your girl is rubbing your neck with one finger.

You come back home late. She's asleep. She notices you got into bed and she gets closer, or simply touches you with a hand or a foot... deliciously femenine.

Intelligence, personality, looks... can fail. You make him feel special, chosen, lucky that you put your aim on him. IMPOSSIBLE TO RESIST.

(don't tell anyone I told you this, but playing hard to get works on us. SHHHHH)

Most important for me is to be able to carry on a convo with my girl, personal or casual, I love the way she looks curly brown hair, deep blue eyes, dresses casual (special just for me when shes over :) and all around a kind person.

Honey, the best thing you can do is be what you are. Maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. You can't be please every guy anyway.

Exercise. Dress well. Eat well. Be kind and supportive.
