Is there any renewal of marriage vows in singapore, legal ones?

i gt married abt 2 yrs ago and wish to renew our vows again. But not in churches as i am Hindu. Will a certificate be given? are they any legal ones conducting this ceremony?

Renewing your vows is simply that, you're already married. There is no certificate or legal obligation. It is just you and your husband re-affirming your love for each other. You don't need special permission, just talk to whoever will perform the ceremony.
