Most of the information nowadays are not going in paper anymore. Most of it already put in our computer for easy reference and processing. I have choose to use PC instead of using paper and pen. But I am facing a problem when I use PC. I feel very tired when I face PC for a long period. In my daily life, I face PC from early in the morning until midnight. This is not physical tired but it is mentally tired. Tired until can not think, remember and recall properly.
When I face the monitor screen, my eye won't be tired but my brain is exhausted. It affect my learning process and speed. I feel that I can not effectively think, remember and recall. But I have to work with the PC all the time. PC make my life more easily.
Do you have any suggestion, solution and method to solve the problem I mention above?
How to use PC effectively without make my brain feel very tired?

The reason you're mentally tired is because you're working from early morning until midnight. You're probably not getting enough sleep, and even if you are, you need to get some exercise, and do something other than stare at your computer screen. You'd have exactly the same problem if you spent the entire day reading books. It's the sitting and thinking all day that's a problem, not the computer monitor vs. paper issue. The only real difference between how tired you'd get working on paper vs. a computer would be how tired your eyes get. Take more breaks, and get some exercise.

I prefer monitor. If I don't want to look at the monitor, I can always print out the screen. Save enough paper and you will save a tree. Digital is more efficient.
I am a webmaster, so I have to look at the monitor quite a lot. It was making me tired, just like you said. The solution is to take breaks. I downloaded a speaking clock that sits in my system tray and announces the time once every hour. That is my cue for taking a break.

Well, our old union contract had a clause about doing socially acceptable exercises in the worker's cubicle to stretch muscles and refocus. I'd say do some exercises--simple stretching or you can use your chair to hold onto and do leg lifts, squats, etc., and also try some desk pushups. Take a walk around your floor or run up and down a few flights of stairs. Drink water. Blink your eyes. Take a 15 minute desk break every once in awhile and use another medium for your reference.

Paper is less intimidating, so try starting with paper, and tranferring the info into PC. also, try using scrap paper to print out things to read, to change your focus. you can also try walking around while you work on the computer, drink lots of water, take breaks.

Ebooks have not have been given any substance. you won't be able to turn the website, you won't be able to sense them. you won't be able to scent the "new e book" scent interior the e book save or the musty "previous e book" scent interior the library. there is been some loopy **** occurring in my city via fact somebody found out that our public library is spending in simple terms approximately all of their budget for brand spanking new books on ebooks on my own, somewhat than splitting it the two between ebooks and actual books. there's a petition going around, the anyone is arguing that ebooks are ineffective, there are not many books madee into ebooks yet, and not many human beings have an e-reader in assessment to those who can in simple terms flow to the library and get some books. The library argues that "it is the destiny" or although they are asserting it. It fairly pisses anyone off. as nicely the incontrovertible fact that I do exactly unlike them, very few human beings in my city certainly have an e-reader. We flow to the library, we get books. uncomplicated. greater effective. Have all of the librarians long previous mad?

try looking away alot while using your screen. they also make "shades" to put over the monitor, that lessen certain bad light spectrum and rapid movement. maybe a new LCD might be easier on yer eyes, or bigger fonts.
yer also tired cuz yer working.
