I have high blood pressure and am currently taking 20mg of Lisinopril and 100 mg of Toprol XL. My doctor told me I need to lose weight, and I keep seeing commercials for Hydrocicut on TV.

1. Does it really work?

2. Is it safe for someone on high blood pressure medication?

Please, no lectures about diet and exercise.

Please do not take any pills unless prescribed.

Eat only when hungry.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

1. I have never tried it but most of the time if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. You never know what taking this diet pill will do to you in the long run; diet pills are not regulated by the FDA.

2. You might want to get a list of the ingredients and take them to your Dr. to see if there could be interactions.

I won't lecture you! just ask your Dr. before you start taking this product to make sure they okay it.

I took Hydroxicut about a month ago. It made me sick to my stomach all day and left me feeling very strange. My reaction to this was just to eat so that my stomach wouldn't be so upset. So, obviously this approach didn't work for me. Of course, every body is different.

Soon after, I started on Herbalife. It has helped me tremendously in regards to taking inches off my waist and giving me lots of energy. Checkout http://www.herbal-nutrition.net/livehealthiertoday.

There are products on there that help give you the nutrients that you need and speeds up your metabolism so you can lose weight without depriving yourself. =)
