hunnie i would have killed to be 110 at 14 years old! why do you want to lose the weight? you sound like you're perfectly healthy with a total grasp on what to eat and not to eat and how to take care of yourself! i guess if you wanna tone your tummy however i'd say try some crunches or other stomach exercises. i'm using windsor palaties 8 min abs and i can definatly feel it doing something. so maybe that's an idea, tone instead of lose the weight?

Eat only when hungry.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Your still in your growing years so you have to be careful and make sure you eat enough for your body which is still developing. I am an avid runner. You may want to add running into your exercise program and do some ab work. Really I don't think you should worry to much as you are going to grow for a few more years still. You seem to lead an active lifestyle now! Keep up the healthy life style your doing wonderful.

well the problem is not what you eat, is how much how you eating. you might not eat any junk food but the most important think is how you are preparing yuor food. for instance, use the grilling and the baking mthod of cooking instead of frying your foods fry foods contain a lot of calories. Use 1% or 2% milk instead of whole milk. Eat mostly lean meats, trim all fats on meats before cooking them, try low fat desserts. for a teenager like you, you need to consume at least 1800 calorie a day. to plan an 1800 calorie diet you need to know how much food you need to consume everyday. ask your doctor to refer you to a dietitian. so the dietitian can plan your menu.

you dont need to lose weight and if you eat healthy and burn more than you eat then why do you need to start losing weight ? stop complaining and wait for results since you say you do eat healthy and exercise. duhhhhhh !

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

sit ups, no bread, no potatoes, no soda, and lots of water, streching, yoga, and eat 6 times a day, small portioned food, make sure you get protein, wheat, and calcium

GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cause im sure u are just fine at 110 lbs if you are eating healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!............. do crunches and try to be more active.............jog.......walk alot....... (so basically continue to do what ur already doing) - if u are eating PASTA but it out............RICE as well.......... and BREAD.........eat those rarely!.......... and say no to candy!:) drink some GREEN TEA too!!!!!!!!!!!! with NO sugar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its good for you and good for loosing weight........ !
