I just started to work out: So after work out I consume protein.. This is leading to dehydration: to avoid this I am consuming lot of water daily... which leads to peeing atleast 10-15 times a day..

Is this normal? Am kinda worried.. Do I stop taking protein?

the protein isn't making your dehydrated the increased exercise is. the body treats protein supplements no differently than whole food sources. it can't tell the difference between amino acids that were derived from a protein shake or a piece of fish..

Eat only when hungry.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

protein shakes don't make you dehydrated, that's just ****ing stupid

does eating a piece of chicken make you dehydrated? cause chicken is pretty much just protein.

I'd be willing to bet that your "working out" has a lot more to do with your "dehydration"

Don't drink a lot of water at once, drink it throughout the day. That will help you from having to pee as much.

If you still pee 15 times a day.... drink less water.
