Just ignore them. the more you pay attention to them, the more they will get on your nerves. It's not very good advice to hit someone, that is just stupid.

If its a guy let him know and if you have to fight him but if its a woman there is not much you can do besides yell or the silent treatment.

We had to ignore them otherwise if we started fights wed get arrested

plenty of things to do. some examples include:
-kick his a**
-beat him up
-tell on him..see his tutor, principal, et al
-complain to his mom, pops, galfren, boyfrens, police, et al
-start a nasty tread on him in online forums (include some nasty pix as well)....etc, etc
