because I'm moving across the country with my family and am staying at my aunt's house until we find a place. we can only take necessities like clothes, etc. and I'll be in a little tiny about 4x8 ft. bedroom, with just a bed in it for a few months. (not literally inside the bedroom for a few months.) so how can I sort of make it my own room and feel like home without bringing useless crap?

I'll have a laptop with me, so if I could find a tiny table and chair I'd be pretty much set. and there's a bar right next to the room and I'm bringing a microwave and there's a fridge so I've got my own place down there. (:

think of it as a tree house or a fortress of solitude
ask your aunt what you are allowed to do

be good to your aunt and offer to do chores and help her out!!
