DENNIS,

UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE NO SUPPLEMENTS TO TREAT RECEDING GUMS. OFTEN TIMES IT'S USING A MEDIUM OR FIRM TOOTHBRUSH THAT CASES TOO MUCH TRAUMA TO THE GUMS AND UNDERLYING BONE WHICH RESULTS IN THE GUMS RECEDING. BONE REACTS BY MOVING AWAY FROM EXCESSIVE PRESSURE,SO THE GUMS FOLLOW AND THEY RECEDE.
USE ONLY A SOFT BRISTLE TOOTHBRUSH AND DON'T HOLD THE BRUSH LIKE A BASEBALL BAT --BUT LIGHTLY.

No supplement will help receding gums. Good hygiene will maintain gums. Periodontists can recommend surgery, some dentist that use Lasers may have other alternatives.
