Eat only when hungry.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

With all of the publicity about models dieting so hard they kill themselves, I'm in the mood to say "DON"T DO IT!".
A 5'2" person should weight 110, so you're very very close.

Here's what I recommend. Take up yoga. You will turn those jelly rolls into pure muscle. You will weigh the same, but you will be a little more trip. And VERY strong!

I'd say lose 10 pounds. They say for a girl at 5'0 you should be 100 pounds and for every additional inch you should be 5 pounds heavier. So at 5'1 the average girl your age would be 105 pounds. But that's the average girl, so I'd go for 5 pounds less than that. Especially since you have no muscle.

I'm the same way. I have like no muscle. People with no muscle look fatter than their weight, so I make sure I'm 10 pounds less than my suggested weight (I'm 5'6 and my suggested weight is 130 pounds...so I'm 120). IDK.

i would say just right, im 5 foot even and weight 117 and i don't feel like im over weight... not sayin that i couldn't use a crunch or two though, lol

i read the other answers and i don't know what their standards are but they are making me feel fat! don't just listen to them though...u also have to figure in ur chest size and hips and stuff. like i have a ghetto booty and have a 32C chest and thats alot of boobs for a five foot tall girl. so no i would not say ur fat or that im fat

also.. men don't like those stick figure girls love ur curves cuz that what most men love about a woman

***edit***
i hope ur a girl i just assumed u were.... if not i still say ur not fat ♥

you weigh about 110, that is a perfect weight. Don't listen to lala, you don't need to lose weight, but if you exercise, you will be able to tone up, and probably will feel better about your body.

Taking walks is the easiest way. But any kind of exercise!!

No, it's not fat at all, even if you don't have much muscle. It sounds very slim and healthy.

Ignore people telling you to lose 5lb, you don't need to!

HTH : )
