cause i hate drinking during the day cause i get a water belly even wit one water bottle

does saline help keep u warm cause my hands and feet have been ice cold to where it burns like frostbite and i could be in a room 80 degrees?

if you are really curious i do it lie two hours b4 bed and i thin my stomach gets used to stretching cause thats 2 liters and my sis cant even handle 1 liter of water without stopping

Actually, your body can only handle a certain amount of water at a time, although I am sure it is more than 8 glasses at a time- but you can suffer from what is called water intoxication. It can be deadly. If it has been working for you to drink it all at night you're body must be used to it- be sure to drink something during the day to keep yourself hydrated- soda won't do it- try fruit juice or v8.

Eat only when hungry.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I didnt know that the stomach could hold that much right before bed....8 full glasses should be damn near a gallon. How often do you pee during the night? lol. Seriously though, 1-2 glasses every few hours would be healthier. Drink about 1 before bed so you can get better rest at night. Then drink 1-3 glasses in the morning when you wake up

Drinking too much water at one time has been proven not to be good for you. There have been 2 deaths in CA from people drinking too much water at once. It robs the saline out of your blood. 8 glasses of water is a good amount of water, but you need to spread it out over the day.

Drinking a full glass of water first thing in the morning helps wake the body up.

You really shouldn't do that. It screws with your electolyte balance. Anyway, if you drink diet drinks during the day, that counts toward your daily 8 cups...

yeah you'll just pee it all out you dont have to gulp it down all day just replace pop and juice with water. pop gives you a permanent belly
