I know the camera works because someone had used it to take pictures, i plugged into my computer but I do not know what screen I'm supposed to be on to take pictures, then when I take them how do I download to my computer in order to put picture where my profile is.

look for the brand name of your cam in programs click to open it you then should see yourself on screen .theres usually a button on the cam to click and take a still chose save and chose a folder to save it to like my pictures.did you install the drivers and software from the disc that came with the cam im assuming you did

after you installed the program on the disc you should of installed a program for taking pictures with the web cam. look in programs and see if you can find it!
