You need to quit your job at McDonalds and get one at Wendy's. That way you will not be accused of cogesticulating at work.

You notice how you said Crush? IT will pass and you will be thankful you did not act on your lust towards your co-worker. Personally age is not a factor for everyone but most people dont really want to date younger they want to date older specially if it is a female. Another thing is your company that you work for has policy that you have to follow if you want to work for them. Most places do not allow co-workers to mingle because it jeoperdizes the work ethics of both of the people. They do not allow it because most relationships that start at a job site usually end because of stress and other factors. Anyways you do not want to quit a job that you like because your crush and you did not work out do you? If you don't care for your job then ask her out but be ready for rejection...and facing your rejection every day. Is it worth it? You just have a crush, ask to go to movies and drinking.. but ur not old enough to drink so just movies and dinner and see where things go. Make it a casual thing like you and your friends or other co workers. So on and so forth.

Is there any rule about dating co workers at you job? If so then think about that first. About the age who cares if she is older. i would be more concerned about the co worker thing.

17 to 19?
that crosses that hairly line of illegal, so I'd say atleast not yet.
19 is a pretty turbulent time, give it a couple years 'till you figure out what you're up to and she figures out what she's up to, jobs might change people might move etc.
If you're lookin for something real and lasting, it's a bad couple of years. If you're looking for something shallow, 18 is considered the magic number.

Hahaha, I know how you feel. I've been in almost the same situation. only I am the older one, and he is the younger one. It can work though, but you do have to be careful dating someone you work with. Good luck. I say go for it.

Dude, grow up. Stop being a pussy. You have a crush? That's third grade, buddy. She's two years older? Unless you're really bad ***, you won't have a chance. My advice to you is stop being a girly-man. Pathetic.

Ask yourself does she see me as dateable material? if that answer is not clear in your mind look for signs that she sees u as an equal (datable material). Maybe she flirts, maybe she expresses her feelings to you like one of the other 19 year old guys.[man isound like doctor phil!] but in my personal oppinion i would give it time and soon the answer will come to you. or.....
just dont. :) good luck

dont tell her for the time being......just feel her out for a bit, see if she shows some interest in you.....if you tell her right now and she rejects you right of the bat, than you are going to feel uncomfortable at your work place...its going to be awkard.....so just take it easy and see whats what before mentioning anything
