Without using the gym and at what times of the day would be most appropriate to work out, as i work during the day.
Please help me with some tips and personal experiences!!

the bycycle crunches are great. i dont know how to explain but i got abs from it ! start off with a small number and gradually do more and more everyday. i do it before bed but i think it will be more affective in the morning. i also do some extra regular crunches.

Losing weight is done throughout the body, not in one area. So, you will have to run, run, and run. You can hope to build more muscles in certain areas though. For that you will need to do sit-ups.

i recently bought an ab lounger 2 i love it. it was like 130 bucks and i feel the burn. my friend had one, which is why i bought mine, and shes dropped a few inches in the belly.
