To keep it even, I would suggest adding one whole egg and one egg white.

I would only add one egg. If you add both the brownies may become heavy or stiff like.

maybe stick with one and the yolk of the other, then put hem into the pan, and walk away.
i love to eat the batter too.

best brownies I ever made, got the recipe off of Bakers brand baking chocolate box. semi sweet. yeah, now that's some good stuff!!!

if you ate close to 1/2 the batter, then only add one, other wise add one plus a yolk and they will be fine, if you add two they will just be more cake like

If you live in the south and it's over 70 degrees outside you could bake them in your car in full sunlight. You could probably also bake them in the microwave, look for some recipes online. I don't think there's any way to use the mixes without baking however. You could save them, or donate them.
