According to hundreds of scientific studies, 'side-effects' of B-complex vitamins include:

1) decreased risk for many cancers
2) decreased risk for cardiovascular disease
3) decreased risk for strokes
4) decreased risk for depression
5) decreased risk for cognitive decline, including Alzheimer's disease
6) decreased risk for vascular dementia
7) decreased risk for osteoporosis
8) decreased risk for anemia
9) decreased risk for birth defects, including neural tube defects and cleft lip/palate.

These are just a few reasons why the June 19, 2002 edition of the Journal of the American Medical Association recommended daily vitamin supplements for all Americans.

So, the greatest 'risk' for B-complex vitamins is NOT CONSUMING ENOUGH of them!

There are water soluble and fat soluble vitamins. The fat soluble ones are A, D, E, & K. Those you can overdose on, although you have to work pretty hard to get enough. The rest, including all the different types of B vitamins, are water soluble and those just end up in the toilet if you take too much of them.

Makes your piss look like you ate a yellow hi-lighter...other than that, they are harmless even in moderate amounts. Your body will readily metabolize what it needs and since it's water soluble, you will simply piss out what you don't need. That would explain the vibrant urine output after being on any vitamin with B complex included.
