try not to concentrate on the NUMBER so much. i'm a competitive college cheerleader. i'm not itty bitty (i'm 5'6" and 140 lbs) but i'm pretty much all muscle. i actually GAIN around 2 or 3 lbs during nationals because i gain muscle from all the hard practices. but i LOOK thinner then because muscle weighs more than fat.
so stop worrying about the number so much and concentrate on toning up (not that you sound like you really need to).

Since you're 5'9", then 125 might be just a *little* thin. It's ok to want to get rid of that little bit of extra stuff off, but just do it in a healthy way. Try some crunches and sit-ups and leg lifts. Running is also good for you. It really gets everything in shape and helps you say healthy and fit in every area of your body.

5'9 and 125 is not a healthy weight. i think you should try to tone up and do exercises for those parts of the body only. or maybe lose a couple pounds. if you are already skinny you dont have to lose 10 pounds.

I am sure your a very attractive young woman. It is healthy to tone up and keep fit, there is no problem when you loose a little weight, as long as you know when to stop. Also, a tip of advice - never stop eating, just eat the right things. I know exactly what you mean - i'm kind of going through the same thing!! :)

I don't think it's bad. That's something I'd do. I'm 5'6 and want to be 105 pounds. I really don't see the problem in getting rid of your extra fat as long as you do it healthily.

I agree with lala on this one, exercise and tone up, but no need to try and starve yourself to lose weight. Just try to become more active.

Try not to focus on the weight loss, but the muscle gain instead. I dont mean bulk up, up try to tone it.

Its ok to want to be healthy and skinny, but not aneroxic. Don't starve yourself. Maybe you should model or something.
