While I'm not sure a Cherub can travel through time, I'm pretty sure they are not in the Angelic class (angel = messenger) so, I'm not sure they are the Messenger class angels. I know they stay in Heaven and praise God.
However, the other angels CAN indeed "roll back time" and an occurance of just that is mentioned in the Book of Daniel. So, I would assume, as an angel, Cherubs would be able to, also.

Why would you want to roll back the hands of time? Change something we did ? Things and circumstances make us what we are.........period. I wouldnt change a thing in my past because I may have missed out on an opportunity God has presented to me. Peace out...................
