It most certainly is and you should be truly thankful you have a parent that is willing to go to such lengths to keep you from harms way.I know it makes you feel like you're in prison and dads your jailer.How dare he be so disrespectful and mistrustful of you!But one day you'll have your own kids and you'll see that dad really only had your best interests at heart.

ha ha. of course it is legal. first of all, you are living in his house. he can do almost anything he wants. second of all you are his daughter. all he is doing is making sure nothing is going on with you. if you aint got nothing to hide then the test shouldnt be a problem. but because you asked, you must be doing something

He's bluffing. I don't think you can find out if someone smokes by giving the a urine test, unless it's weed. Keep your poker face on and don't give into his tyrancy (sp?). Tell him you want to get emancipated or something if he makes you do it. That'll shut him up.

Yes it is. He is your parent and even schools can do this too you. I had to take a drug test when I joined my wrestling team. As long as you are doing drugs or drinking, you have nothing to worry about.

im pretty sure it is especially if your under 18 if your that nervous you must have done one of those thinks so stop doing it so your test results are not as obvious and try to stall the test as long as possible to reduce your chances of being caught.

He cannot force you to take the test, but refusing may serve as your confession for smoking or drinking.

What he is really looking for with the urine sample is to find out if you were taking drugs or are pregnant. But it is illegal if you refuse.

its legal. but you can refuse to do it. but when you refuse, make sure you are all like....I cant believe you would think that i would even do something like that. and then say that you are refusing to take it because you think he should trust you more than that. then he will feel guilty.. then your off the hook. good luck
