31 chapters and a few of our months have 31 days, so by using the calendar date, we read 1 per day. Today is the 8th so you would read Proverbs chapter 8, What do you think of this concept for gaining Godly wisdom?

Very good idea. But dont just read Proverbs you will gain wisdom by feeding off the word of God daily. Once you have a relationship with Him you will see life and the Bible in a whole new light. His light and it will never diminish. Repent and be saved. Praise the Lord you are looking for true wisdom. Amen and Peace out................

Actually, I've been doing this very thing for years and it really works. It's amazing too that no matter how many times I read through Proverbs in this way I always find something new to learn. God's Word truly is "living and active." Amen!

You will, but why limit yourself to just one a day? Most of them are really short. There is a lot of repetition in Proverbs; Solomon must have thought some concepts so important that he stressed them over and over. I think I like the Psalms better, but "Proverbs" is very good.

The bible describes God the daddy, Son and Holy Spirit because the three in a million. Already proper there, you ought to proofs God is a male because he's the daddy and the Son. 2d element is Jesus is continuously pronounced praying to His Father in Heaven because of the shown reality that Mary grow to be his mom once again data that God is male. yet do save in ideas, God isn't someone, He purely is so i do not imagine He has any authentic gender, yet because of the reality if someone looks upon Him they're going to die i have not considered Him lol. also, if you're a Christian then understand that God's voice at the same time as talking to you sounds that of a male

By reading, we gain guidance.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
If we ask wisdom, we must not doubt and He will give to you without finding fault.
With wisdom and the Holy Spirit, the Bible becomes light and clearer.
