he's asked me to join him overseas or at least to visit him. he's told me the advantages of the place. he's said everyhing except that he doesn't say he misses me. what exactly is he thinking?
btw, i am going over and thought of getting him a gift. what will be the ideal gift without sounding too over the top? thanks.

The invitation might mean to you the wedding ring. Please check it out before you make any decision, if he has a wife at home, or even a career. More important thing, if he loves you, and you will be the one. Otherwise, just throw away the fight tickets.

first off, i hope this guy is your boyfriend or something and not just some internet hook up....if it is some internet person, then no tellin who it really is and no telling what he wants, but im sure its sex...if its a boyfriend, then hell yea he is missing you, why else would he want you to come all the way overseas to see him?

if he's your bf, he misses you and is just a man and they don't think like women. if he's a friend, he's needing companionship. not sure what kind of gift to suggest, not sure of his status in your life.
maybe something you can't get where he is? an American gift!
