Lack of energy is part of many diseases - the main one I can think of that has it as a primary concern is called Chronic Fatigue.

Not knowing your home language, I can't tell you any better than that.

The person who said Malaise is probably what you are looking for - but that's not a disease.

You may be referring to the word "malaise" -- which has been adopted from the French language, meaning "feeling faint or discomfort" -- but in the medical term, it means general state of discomfort or tiredness.

You need to specify what language you want us to translate into English. Conditions, where one of the chief complaints is fatigue are numerous. Some causes include: vitamin B12 deficiency, anemia, chronic fatigue syndrome etc, etc.
