I am not really sure what you are referring to with "the Carolines" but I do know that in Biblical Mathmatics, the number 3 represents Divine completeness, perfection or ressurection. The number 7 represents Spiritual completeness and perfection. Can you explain what you are talking about? Is this a news article, or something you witnessed? What does this mean exactly?

Does it matter? A lot of people can speak both Hebrew and English.
Christ himself spoke Aramic though.
