what is the frequency?
The impedance is depend upon the frequency. Impedance is the multiplication of inductance and frequency at which it is operating.

Z=2pi x freq x L
= 6.284 x freq x 0.0001

just put your frequency in the formula and you get impedance of inductor.

Z = jwL, where j is the square root of -1, w is the angular frequency in radians per second, and L is the inductance in Henrys.
