Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Languages, Details, select the language you want in the window in the bottom frame of the window, click Add, and Okay. Whenever you want to use the language in the future, look for its abbreviation near the right bottom corner on the Task Bar. If it says EN, it means you're working in English. Click the abbreviation and select the language you want to use in the popup window. Make sure you have the area you're going to work in activated before you change the language. Otherwise the langugage will stay in whichever one is set as your Regional Selection.
If you have problems, email me or message me by looking up my profile.
Good luck.

Are you using a non-roman alphabet, such as Sanskrit or a Cryllic alphabet? If so, you'll need to purchase a keyboard for the alphabet in which you wish to type. I don't know where they'd sell them, so you'll probably have to buy it online.
