Try it and see if you like it with a small bowl of cereal. My son used apple juice on his cereal until he outgrew his milk and soy allergies.

never tried water with cereal. If I didn't have milk I just ate it dry

I can't imagine using water but I knew a vegan who used orange juice on her cereal.

I've heard it is horrible. If you have some yogurt, you could try that, I have heard good things about it. I eat my cereal dry, so that is what I recommend!

in some cereals it tastes fine...but it loses about 70% of its taste, and it gets very very soggy very fast. ive tried it on frosted flakes, wheaties, and mini wheat things.

No reason not to try it. I used to eat shredded wheat or wheatabix softened with boiled water. Can be topped with fruit or sugar if you like

That's crazy you asked...my grandpa used to do that all the time! Everyone else insisted it was disgusting, but he liked it. I guess you can always try it for yourself.....ugh, it makes me feel sick thinking about it though.
