No not at all, but if your asking this question because you want to go out with a 19 year old girl than the only way it could be a problem is if she thinks your to young other that there is nothing wrong with a 2 year age diffrence

If it bothers you, just wait two more years, and you'll be 19 too. That way there won't be any difference in age between you.

It depends on your maturity level. I will be 19 soon and my boyfriend is 17, but he is more mature than most of my college male friends. Age shouldn't matter. (but be careful of your state's age of consent laws)
