I'm in Louisiana so I'm not sure if Ohio has the same rates, but it depends on the childs age. It's more expensive when they are young. Here it's about $550 - $600 a month for a good daycare for a baby.

I'm in Texas and I paid 100 a week to have my son watched between 3 and midnight every night. They are a great learning center and in the 5 months my son was there his vocabulary just grew so much.

Around here it's about $125 a week, so about $500 a month...that's for a GREAT licensed private person I take my kids to...and that's per kid. For my two kids she charges $175 a week, so $700 a month. We live in Northern Illinois.
