I have been into your situation and I have accomplished it on my own. Try these skills.
#1 Get her Messenger ID. Talk to her occasionally.
#2 Get her phone number, but do not call much.
#3 Try to get close, like talk to her a lot in school, but remember not to smile or laugh much, even if her jokes are hilarous.
#4 Look her in the eyes without making a smile. Let she ask you " Why are you looking at me?"
#5 After having talked to her a lot, get used to each other, this is what you need to do: Say, " Melissa, I am sorry, but I have to stop talking to you. Lately I've been feeling strange whenever you are around. I like you a lot, but my love for you is taking advantage of me, and I don't want to offend. I am sorry."
If she says she understands, then she doesn't want you. If she says you don't have to stop talking to her, then there you go pal, go for it. Good luck.

I think first of all you are making this female superior to you. I think you first should have a better self image of your self and perceive her as your equal. I think you need to present your self as an golden oppurtunity that she wil regret if she doesn't take of the present oppurtunity. Try this exercise in the mirrior: pretend you are looking at yourself and seeing . peppy la pue you know the skunk on looney toons. tell your self while your looking in the mirrior"you are such a sexy skunk with a beautiful bushy white and black tail that is nothing but sex appeal". when you talk to her don't bombard her with compliments . Tell her about all the advantage of her choosing you as her significant other. Don't try to approach her as shy nervous boy approach her like a confident young man!

Well, I'm no male, but perhaps a female opinion would be better in this situation?
Well, don't let her know all at once, it might freak her out.
First get to know her, ask her out to the movies, to dinner, whatever you may like to do around your area. While you're getting to know her, she's getting to know you, it's a win-win situation.
Just take it real slow, take a deep breath, don't panic, and smile.

she might already like you. some girls just go up to boys and ask them out. on the other hand, some girls don't want a boy to know that they like her unless he likes her back. if she's like that, she'll be looking at you, but when you look her way, she'll try not to make eye contact.
