too much pain, why not put it just above the pubic hair line instead? On the actual genitals may turn some people off and they may not want to have sex with you and how will you feel in 10 or 20 years when it will still be there and you may have to consider laser surgery to remove it? , ouch again

Ummm... maybe flames? It's a very personal decision, think long and hard, no pun intended. Judging by friends' experiences and basic knowledge of the male anatomy, the worst place is the head. Say away from that area and you should be fine.

I think you should put something on it like "recommend by 4 out 5 dentist" So you can ask girls if they have seen the new and improved tooth brushes with the built in toothpaste. I guess I'm one of the weird chicks because I would find that hilarious.

Besides the very obvious (which is pain) - I heard this joke and you can decide if you'd like to tattoo this on your private part.
A man walks into a tattoo parlor and tells the artist that he would like a $100 dollar bill tattooed onto his private part.
The artist says that "yes" he can do it - but he'd like one reason why the man wanted this done.
The man said that he could give the artist three reasons why he'd like this done.

i would laugh so hard if i saw it, thats awesome babe. Go for it! Piercings are good too, i was with a guy that had his shaft pierced near the base, it was sexy...but thats just me. i like tatts and piercings......
