im in 8th and hes in 9th grade we only see each other to say hi we never really talk how can i talk to him

you could always talk to him, first ask his name. then his phone number or e-mail. and then you could always talk to him in phone or on line. be brave. Maybe you could ask him out, like go movie together or shopping or go to a restaurant.

well become his friend first. never rush into a relationship, especially at ur young age. many more boys will come along. but be his friend, then see if u could take ur friendship 2 the next level. find out his favorite movie and talk about it. it usually works for a great conversation starter. good luck. 1 day u will find the person God made just 4 u and he will be perfect.

u should talk to him about things going in your two lives. ask for his email and phone number. ask to hang out later after school or on the weekend. good luck
