exercises to strength your posterior chain (back and hamstrings). best thing is a deadlift with proper form (go to exrx.net). but to start out, i'd suggest some hyperextensions. really the key is to pull yourself back up straight after bending down to touch your toes.
a lot of people over-emphasize their front muscles, whether its muscle bound guys trying to get a big chest/biceps or most people trying to get "abs" by doing a ton of ab work. this in turn creates an imbalance in your body, pulling your posture forward and casuing you to slouch.

When you have nothing better to do, pull in your stomach muscles, and throw your shoulder back. Hold pose for 1-2 minutes every day. Ancient yoga pose, as I have big boobs and I tend to slouch too.

Try Yoga. It has helped me tremendously. It's easy, low impact and you can do it anytime! Check out a pose called Mountain Pose. It's wonderful for posture!

maybe start karate? if not then work on your abs a lot! those help with your back
