Me personly Fratelli d'Italia, not because im italian. Fratelli d'Italia brings so much emotion to those who sing.
Have look at this and tell me Fratelli d'Italia is not the greatest national anthem in the world.

Well, I'm Italian, and I must agree that "Fratelli D'Italia" is the best national anthem!! It's all about what we stand for: Unity, Love, Respect, Gratitude, Passion!!!!

personally i feel that any one would say their country's anthem and so you can expect a mixed response.as far as i am concerned then the Indian one- "Jan Gan Man" is the best because of the sense of partiotism that it puts in you.
