for the past couple of days i havent been having any breakfast, and no proper lunch....when i get home from skool i just pig out....then i juss start passing gas and my stomach just starts to bloat...is my stomach acting like this because i dont have a proper diet or i something wrong with me?? also how can i stop the bloating???

It's because your body isn't on a regular schedule, and isn't able to function correctly, due to the fact that you're not eating healthily (when you do eat, that is).
Also, if part of your diet consists of sodas or an excess of sodium in general, that will make you blow up like a Good Year blimp!
Try eating breakfast and at least a little something for lunch, not to mention, a good dinner, and see if it makes a difference! :)

My little sister has the exact same problem. Try eating breakfast and lunch. Also, eat more slowly.

make sure u eat a balanced meal because it will help with that. also things like cheese and broccoli are thngs that make u more gassy so watch out for those if you have some performance or something.

maybe try some small snacks.
but defntly eat breakfast
maybe an Apple or something?
